Delivery & Returns Information

Orders above €100 qualify for free delivery in Ireland with our courier service. Items below €50 are subject to a €6 euro delivery charge and will be added on to your basket at checkout. All Geoghegans Gift Cards will be posted free of charge. Depending on the size of homeware items, we will contact you with a delivery charge.

For international shipping requests please contact us in advance of placing an order for an estimate on international shipping costs or place your order and we will confirm shipping costs via email, prior to goods being shipped.

Goods are shipped using a courier service and can take between 3 & 5 days to receive. Orders are usually received by day three depending on your location.

All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported. Please ensure that you inspect all purchases within 24 hours of accepting delivery and report any damages via email to or call 353 (0)46 9021722.

Back Orders - If your item is not in stock, we will notify you immediately and backorder the item for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A confirmation will
be sent to you when the item is back in stock again.

Returns policy

There is no exchange on sale items; this does not affect your statutory rights. Online terms and conditions match those of our stores which are as follows: we will gladly exchange or offer a credit note on non-faulty merchandise within 7 working days of purchase provided they are unworn, unmarked and original tags are still attached and with proof of purchase.

Cooling off period

Unwanted or unsuitable goods may be cancelled and returned to us within 7 working days, starting the day after receipt of goods, in line with the “Distance selling Directive” as long as the goods are unworn, unmarked, do not carry an odour such as perfume/deodorant, cigarette smoke and original tags are still attached and with proof of purchase. The cost of returning the goods falls to the customer.

How to return:

Goods being returned must be packed in its original packaging and safely sealed in an envelope. This package must contain the delivery docket marked with the reason for return and if you would like an exchange or refund and any further details we may need to process the return. Then you must send it to the address below. The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer. In addition it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the items return to us intact. We do not take responsibility for goods lost or stolen on their way back to us and we therefore recommend that our customer sends the items back via registered post and holds on to the tracking number until they know we have received the goods.

All returns should be processed within 7 working days. If you do not hear from us within this time frame then please track your item and if it shows that it was received then please contact our customer care team as there may be a reason we could not contact you or an issue with the return.
